TATCHA is not responsible for any items returned without an authorized prepaid label provided by our Client Care Team.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. (It happens!) It's not always possible to locate the items, but if we do and you'd like them back, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
